Gaylord Liners

We stock a general size gaylord liner, but we can also custom extrude any size, thickness needed.

Bulk Bag Liners

We make and sell both internal and external poly liners for bulk bags. These can be anywhere from 1 mil to 6 mil and the size will be dictated by the size of the bulk bag.

Also, we can extrude the bags with anti-static properties, UV protection, fire retardant, and many other additives. We have a low minimum order and can usually have them manufactured in 1-2 weeks depending on the time of the year.

Mattress Bags

We produce custom mattress bags for many mattresses manufactures and would be happy to discuss any needs you may have. Our bags are made with virgin, low-density polyethylene and are fully recyclable. We can customize the slip content, vent holes, gauge, print, and size.

Anti-Static Bags

If your product is sensitive to electrostatic shock, we can custom make any size bag with anti-stat properties to protect your equipment during transport. If you are shipping overseas via shipping containers, the jarring and moisture can possibly damage your product, we can help to provide you with all the packaging elements to ensure it remains safe.

If you need to ensure your product is not exposed to moisture during transportation of the product, we can help design a bag that is fit for purpose and can be sealed with a heat sealer to lock out any exposure to air or moisture. In addition, we can advise on what type of heat sealer to use and at what temperature to allow for the best seal.
