These are much denser than regular cardboard slip sheets and provide a better barrier for nails and splinters damaging your product. Also, they are easier to store, as 2000 fit on one pallet vs 300 on a pallet of corrugated sheets. If you have not tried these before, we think you will make the switch when you see them in action.
These are your normal cardboard slip sheets that is most prevalent in the marketplace. They are good for cushioning your product from the wooden pallet and will protect against any foreign material that the pallet may have been exposed to.
Corner boards are good at protecting your products that may be stacked in boxes as the banding can dig into the cardboard and damage your products. Also, it provides a nice edge to shrink wrap a stack of boxes, providing a nice square pallet for shipping.
We have both stock boxes and can custom make either small boxes or large, pallet size boxes. Have the full print capability to print your logo or any other graphics on the boxes. Can run small runs or very large ones.
Machine Film – We carry 20” machine shrink film in virtually any gauge you need. Can usually ship next day at the case level and can also sell at the pallet or truckload levels.
Hand Film – 18” hand film is available in several colors at the case or pallet level.
We can custom make either shrink film or shrink bags to your specific specifications regarding size, color, and thickness.
Whether you need metal, polypropylene, or polyester banding we can provide it at either the roll level or multiple pallets.
