Types of Super Sacks

Circular Super Sacks

This type of design is the most cost-effective and can allow the most weight to be stacked on top of the bags.

This design is the most common as it can be constructed in an economical way to keep the price down
Better for stacking many bags. Perfect construction for a UN certified bag where you may be stacking several bags to go break bulk in a container ship, as there are less seams on the bags where it could be compromised
Many different industries use this design including fertilizer, agriculture, chemical, mineral markets, aggregate, and many others

U-panel Super Sacks

If you need a bag which is economical while also maintaining its shape for safe stacking, then this is the design to chose

Maintains square shape better than circular bags to enable better stacking
To maximize space while shipping use this bag design, as it will stand up straighter to allow side by side transport
Several liners to choose from with this bag (tube, form fit, polypropylene, polyester, foil, and many more)

4-panel Super Sacks

These bags consist of four separate seams which makes for a nice square bag for better stacking and maximizing space

Maintains square shape better than circular bags and U-panel bags
As with U-panel, any liner will work in this bag.

Baffle Bags Super Sacks

Baffle bags contain a series of baffles that are sewn into the corner of the bags to funnel small material into the corners. This creates pockets and produces the best square bag design.

Best bag for stacking
Allows you to load a very wide bag but be able to still load them side by side on a container of the truck
Only load product that flows well, as it must not get caught in the baffles when loading
Cannot install a liner in this bag, so will not work for powdery products

UN Certified Super Sacks

UN certified super sacks are made to transport hazardous materials. These must be certified by a licensed facility to ensure they will be able to withstand any punishment during the shipping and not rupture.

Any type of bag can be UN certified if it will be able to successfully pass each test
We provide all consulting and testing for UN certified bags
Based on the weight being shipped, the testing facility will load it with the same weight and conduct drop test, tilt test, stacking, etc.

Food Grade Super Sacks

Our food grade super sacks are made with FDA approved polypropylene and are safe to store food products.

Cleaned according to ISO standards to remove any thread or other foreign products
Analyzed on lighted tables to fully inspect every aspect of the bags
All bags are run through a metal detector before being released.
High speed blower is used to remove any unwanted materials

Full Drop Bottom Super Sacks

This design is great for materials which do not flow well. The entire bottom of the bag will open up to a large opening to discharge materials quickly.
