How to calculate bulk bag size

Below are two different bulk bag size calculators. The bags are also called super sacks or FIBC bulk bags. The one on the left will tell you how much volume is needed based on both loading weight and density (how much a cubic foot of your product weighs) of your product.

The one on the right will tell you how much volume various size bags will hold. The best way to determine the correct bag size is to utilize both calculators. Using both will tell you the size of the bag needed depending on the density and loading weights.

Note: The calculator is factoring in the stretch factor of the polypropylene bags which will expand when loaded.
