In Houston, industrial recycling has been gaining traction as a means for companies to reduce their environmental impact, save money, and gain usable space in warehouses and land. At CPP, we have a more holistic approach to industrial waste, as we can recycle virtually all of your products. This allows you to have one company to remove all your waste.
These waste types include wooden pallets, plastic pallets, bulk bags or super sacks, cardboard (OCC), plastic, IBC totes, metal, and many more. Many other recycling companies only specialize and one or two types of industrial waste, so you may have to deal with 3-4 companies to recycle your waste products. Also, we are able to recycle any of your obsolete new materials. As stated we are a one-stop for all your recycling services.
The process involves collecting and reusing materials that would otherwise be thrown away. Industrial recycling strategies may include buying recycled materials, collecting and sorting waste for reuse, or repurposing discarded items. Companies can also use industrial recycling techniques to reduce their landfill contributions and improve the efficiency of energy production in the form of renewable resources.
The benefits of industrial recycling are vast and far-reaching, ranging from environmental impact reduction to cost savings. From reducing the demand for virgin materials to creating new kinds of products and processes, industrial recycling is an essential part of any company’s sustainability plan. Additionally, it can be a source of innovation, leading to new technologies, products, and services that create economic opportunities for businesses and communities alike. Industrial recycling is quickly becoming a fundamental part of corporate responsibility.
Wooden Pallet Recycling
We buy and sell large amounts of wooden pallets within our Pallet Division, so it’s a natural fit for us to stage 53′ trailers at your location to collect pallets. We operate over 100 trailers in the greater Houston area which gives us the ability to move quickly for pickups and drops. If we can get a process started, you can save money by selling us your pallets vs letting them eat up space and get landfilled. Also, if you have obsolete wood, we can take that as well.
Plastic Pallet Recycling
We buy and sell plastic pallets within our Pallet Division, and this allows us to pay a better price for the plastic pallets. We can take a large variation in sizes and styles of plastic pallets, so call us to find out more information.
Super Sack Recycling
We own a facility in Houston where we recondition bulk bags or super sacks which allows us an advantage when recycling. We can clean, inspect and resell these bags keeping them out of the landfills and letting someone else use the bags again. These bags can be safely used 6-7 times after the initial use.
Plastic Recycling
We can give you a market price for your off-spec resin, overstock plastic, chunks, purge, baled bags, PE Rolls, PP bags, raw materials, etc. This helps our environmental resources tremendously, as there is a large amount of plastic entering our landfills which can be used to make new products. In addition, it saves you disposal costs by reducing the number of waste containers leaving your location.
Cardboard Recycling
We can take your scrap cardboard and paper and offer you the market price. Also, we can stage trailers at your location to accumulate recyclable materials.
Metal Recycling
We can stage roll-off containers to collect your metal waste or bring a truck to haul it out at a scheduled time. We can take virtually all metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, nickel, copper, titanium, and lead can all be recycled into new products.
Industrial Recycling Process
Industrial recycling is the process of collecting and reusing materials, such as metals and plastics, that would otherwise be thrown away. The objective of industrial recycling is to reduce environmental impact, cut costs, and even develop new products. There are several steps involved in the process of industrial recycling beginning with the collection and sorting of material waste. By collecting and sorting waste, companies can create materials that are ready for reuse.
Industrial recycling also involves finding ways to reduce the amount of energy used in production processes. This can include investing in renewable energy sources, such as wind and solar power, or finding ways to make production processes more efficient.
Additionally, some companies have begun using bioplastics in their production processes, which are made from plant-based materials rather than traditional petroleum-based plastics. By making use of these green technologies, companies can have a positive impact on the environment while removing waste products.
